Sliced Pork Loin Strips, Frozen 1 lb

hear are SO convenient! And nice meat, no gristle and not a lot of fat. Just right. Pictured is three shreds and Singapore noodles with the pork strips.

Not good enough as I expected. There is some fat there. And it tastes a little bit fishy.

More fat than expected… some pieces I threw out because it was all fat. However the rest were awesome and easy to marinate. Perfect amount for 2 (mixed with veggie) meals

Julienned Pork and jalapeno dish I made. It's very convenient and a good balance of meat to fat ratio. I'd definitely buy it again.
