First time purchasing but can't wait to try it... Planning to cook just like the picture

The first time bought this frozen rice eel and found its quality was really terrible compared with the other similar frozen eel you offer. First of all the eel looked like semi transparent. It turned melting when stir frying and it tasted like plastic! Can you find out what preserves it was using? Is it formaldehyde ?

The eel was a bit jiggly and had a weird texture when first opened. After it was cooked the eel tasted fine. Very soft and mouth watering

Terrible, the eel is tiny and all broken up. It shrunk so much that it looks like overcooked green onion in the pan even though there was no green onion in this dish (except for the garnish)

This much comes from 2 bags of eels. Definitely not fresh. The eel meat is very rubbery upon thawing, they’re like plastic sticks. There’s not much meat, mostly skin, and these are probably frozen for so long or not fresh prior to freezing that the meat is like sponge soaked in water. Stay away from this brand.

I followed the instructions from the package and added some crispy Chili oil. Superb taste!
