How to cook For microwave ovens: Open the film up to the dotted line and heat. Approximately 2 minutes at 500W or 600W. *May vary slightly depending on the model. For boiling water: Do not remove the film, place the film side up, and heat for approximately 16 minutes without covering the pot.
