Spicy Grilled Fish Combo Set

Overall, it's a good deal when on sale. Although the sides are small, 3 small sides + the whole platter of fish for $39 is fantastic. There's cabbage, cauliflower, wood ear mushrooms, and lotus root in the fish broth as well. The shredded potato was a fan favorite. The yuba was decent. We thought the green beans were way too salty though. It'd be nice if they were lighter, since the fish is intended to be the bold and colorful star of the meal. The fish was delicious. Flavorful and tender (didn't detect msg, surprisingly). We didn't find it too spicy or salty. It was actually much less numbing and spicy than we expected (and I don't have great spice tolerance). Would repurchase once in a while. Only complaint is that the description mentioned yuba and bamboo, but that's not the side we got. Seems a bit dishonest, and bamboo is one of the reasons I decided to try this.

2回目に買ったときは、今度は魚の味が良かったのですが、花椒が多すぎてしびれてしまい、塩辛くて次の料理は食べられませんでした。作りたてはそうでもないのですが、このようなおかずはスープに長時間入れておくと塩辛くなってしまいますので、塩分や調味料を入れすぎないことを強くお勧めします。今回はワイドファンがいないのがちょっと残念

初めて購入します。たとえば、私は重い食べ物が好きですが、海底澳バター鍋は味が足りません。私が気に入っているのは、魚のグリルがボリュームたっぷりで、特に揚げたササゲが香ばしく、しびれるような味がすることです。私が気に入らないのは、魚が塩辛すぎることです。焼き魚にはすでに豆腐の皮とキクラゲが含まれており、おかず 3 品のうちの 1 つは、これまた豆腐の皮とキクラゲが入っています。

皿に移して電子レンジで温めるのがおすすめです。オーブンで20分ほど焼くと熱くなりません。副菜が美味しい

量は良いが、レッドオイルポテトシュレッドは美味しくない

メインは美味しそうだったが、副菜が少し小さかった
