Spicy Sliced Braised Pig Ears

I don’t like cilantro and there’s a lot. Even if you pick it off the pig ears still taste like cilantro

After reheating up in the microwave for only 30 second, the pig ears become mushy, and kind of melt together. The sauce on the other hand, it’s perfect; mild spicy, and savoury. Good portion at reasonable price, I will keep buying it.😋👍🏻
