Simple prep for Korean cold spicy noodles! Add a fried egg and some green! A quick lunch!

It is easy and simple to make but its sauce is not my type.

It's perfect for slurping down for lunch in these days when you don't feel like eating spicy or sweet. :)

The 10-minute quick lunch I just made for myself is really delicious. Just add some green vegetable pickles and a hard-boiled egg (the beef slices are bought by traderjoe). Be sure to read the instructions on the back. Cook this noodles for 1 minute. The pot is too cold! Great for a weekday lunch, and the price is so affordable!
