The fish is very good, I steamed then poured the sauce over. It’s ready to cook out of the package, all cleaned inside and out no scales to clean.

Bought both the single boneless filet of barramundi as well as the butterflied ones. Tastes good and no fishy smell even when steamed plain with soy sauce. Very convenient to use.
