Vegan-Taiwan-Yuan Ho Black Bean Soy Paste

Handcrafted using traditional methods, this soy sauce undergoes natural sun exposure for 4 to 6 months. Matured and fermented black soybeans are water-cooked and pressed, then simmered with sugar, licorice, and glutinous rice without any artificial additives, colorings, or preservatives.

It can be used for dipping, cooking, braising, stir-frying, and more. The taste is smooth and mellow, representing the deliciousness patiently crafted through time.
