Self made budak ramen with the spinach noodles.
Added gochunang soy and a drizzle of agave.
Leftover ham and steak and tongho.
Follow the instructions if you want the noodles al dente. 7 min max and after boiling turn heat down.
I left it hot as I wanted to blanch some vegetables in it.
Healthy noodles. Love it. Will buy again
