It was my first time trying this hijiki. Really good!

Came in my previous.delivery. Excited to cook for my kids!

So easy to cook and use I love this hijiki. I cook mine with carrots, soy beans, and konjac. It does smell like the ocean though so after you expand them in water, you do have to bring them thoroughly to get the ocean-y smell out.
