Thise noodles can be used for Japanese Yakisoba! I always have these noodles in my pantry for quick meals. Cook for 4 minutes, drain and stir fry with chopped cabbage and sliced pork and add Yakisoba sauce or just salt and white pepper!

Best dry noodles. Repurchased at Weee and in Chinese grocery stores. Highly recommend it.

Tauwan noodles. Ready to make cold noodles for summer.

I grew up eating these noodles and now as an adult, I make sure to always have a box of these in my pantry at all times! Very versatile and super quick and easy to cook.

This kind of noodles are only good for stir fries.
