I boil it in a kettle and drink it. It has a bit of a strange taste because it contains onion skins, but it's not undrinkable and I got used to it quickly. I bought it on February 7, 2025 and the expiration date was December 2026.

I bought this because I'm concerned about high blood pressure. The flavor is similar to barley tea and is easy to drink, so I'll continue drinking it.
