Yamato Foods' "Lemo Can Hiroshima Oysters Pickled in Salt and Lemon Oil 65g" is a canned product made by seasoning fresh oysters from Hiroshima Prefecture with salted lemon made from lemon peel and seaweed salt from the Seto Inland Sea, and pickling them in rapeseed oil. The umami of the oysters is concentrated, and the refreshing acidity of the lemon and the mellow saltiness of the seaweed salt are in perfect harmony. You can enjoy it as a snack with alcohol, or you can easily make oyster pasta by mixing it with freshly boiled pasta. If you heat it up and add garlic, it's delicious as ajillo, and the oil can be used as an appetizer by dipping it in baguette.
