Yang Guofu Tomato Flavor Noodles 350g 350 g

I thought it will be a little of spicy but it is not. I deducted 1 star because of that. it is full of tomato flavor.

Tastes pretty good. It reminds me of those instant hot pot boxes in the tomato soup flavor, because it basically has the same preserved vegetables, with bamboo shoots, kelp, lotus root, and potato. but also came with some corn too. The noodles aren't the clear bean thread vermicelli, but like a potato noodle, where they start out opaque and then become clearish brown and white as you cook them. I'm not sure which type of noodle I prefer with this dish because I like both, and I think both kinds go well and absorb the flavor of the soup. The soup flavor is pretty good, and I would say maybe slightly less sour than the actual hot pot version. The soup is also pretty fragrant. It's a decently sized portion, as I couldn't finish all of the vegetables in one sitting. Overall, I enjoyed it and may repurchase when it's on sale.
