Have not had these for quite sometime. So bought this when it’s on sale. The saltiness is adequate, is salty but not too salty, that I added directly to the tofu bean curb and pork strips. Love the childhood taste. The texture, look and taste can’t match the freshly preserved mustard greens, but more than adequate for the taste and convenience.

Easy with pork

Not very appealing on its own, but when mixed into ramen it adds a nice crunch and burst of nutrients
