An absolute favorite in my house!!! If you never had it before, just add a little bit of vegetable oil in your frying pan and put the mochis in medium heat. Wait til are lightly brown (my preference, or just until it is crusty) all sides and dip it just like you do to your sushi in soy sauce! You won’t regret it!!!

Mild is sweet. I buy it over and over again for my kids.

Biscuit had a nice snap, good coconut flavor, the glazed top provided some sweetness. Great with tea or coffee.

This cake is soft, has a moderate sweetness and is very appealing to eat. My baby loves it.
