I love these egg tarts shells! Both this regular and the mini size are equally convenient and delicious. I haven’t made actual sweet egg tarts with them yet, I usually make a savory quiche tart instead. This time was with eggs, shrimp, mini scallops, imitation crab meat, mozzarella cheese, ground turkey, green onions, ginger, garlic and other spices. Was so yummy!

Pepper stock alone is enough to make rice go down. Mushrooms are delicious!

The core is small, but it is not Musang King. The flavor is like a golden pillow. The color is not yellow and the fragrance is not strong. The layers are a bit thin. It does not have the rich aroma and layered flavor of Musang King.
