Soft touches of grass, lightly vegetal I guess but this is really just delicate & so nice. I think given the quality, 12 bucks for 2 oz is well worth it, even for a first try. So so good- makes excellent matcha lattes as well….great w just a little bit of honey or sugar & milk of choice (not much is required bc you don’t want to eclipse the beautiful flavor) or just plain. Also- does give u a nice lift in energy/mood without the panicky feeling or jitters you typically get from caffeine….just makes u feel more awake.
