These days, I don't use things like anchovies, kelp, onions, and green onion roots. I just need this one. My daughter, who lives alone, likes to add this to the soup instead of buying all the ingredients one by one. It saves on food costs and the soup tastes good. She really likes it. It's the perfect item for these days when eating out is so expensive.

The best! Couldn’t find it recently at the local Asian grocers. (Multiple) Much better price than other online places. This has good expiry - 2028.
