This type, in my opinion, is called dry noodles in Saigon. I have been eating it since I was a child, but only now do I know how to blanch it. You just need to pour boiling water into the noodles and mix well, then pour out the water and just pour in the broth to eat, it is very chewy and delicious. Do not blanch it in a pot of boiling water, it will be mushy.

This basil is much better than the ones I bought in Korean and Japanese stores. They usually only pick the leaves. This one with the neck and leaves is the best. I haven't figured out how to eat it yet. lol

Better than the big roots I saw in American supermarkets. The individual packaging is nice.

This is my first time ordering and trying this kind of seafood soy sauce. I did use them for my Seafood Kaldereta and the taste was phenomenal. It's an upgraded level Kaldereta.
