This was my first time trying it. It's harder than other leafy vegetables, so I boiled it thoroughly, seasoned it with soy sauce and mirin along with other vegetables, and covered it with eggs, giving it a Japanese flavor. The stems were too hard for me, so I only ate the leaves.
