The individual packaging is very convenient, but not easy to open (the packaging in Taiwan and Japan is better). It is a good carbohydrate for breakfast, but I prefer the taste of another brand of purple sweet potato jerky.
My kids have been drinking this brand since they were in Vietnam. I bought it here to help my kids avoid addiction. The price is almost 30k/pack higher than in Vietnam. Expiry date is far away.
