I make yogurt from Southern Star condensed milk, you need to prepare condensed milk, unsweetened fresh milk, yogurt starter and some tools such as pot, spoon, jar, styrofoam box or incubator. First, mix condensed milk with warm water, then add fresh milk and stir well. Next, add yogurt starter to the mixture and stir gently. Finally, divide the mixture into jars and incubate for about 6-12 hours at 40-43 degrees Celsius. Ingredients: Southern Star condensed milk: 1 box (400g) Unsweetened fresh milk: 1 liter Yogurt starter: 1 box (100g) Tools: Pot, Spoon, Yogurt jar (with lid), styrofoam box or yogurt incubator. How to make: 1. Mix milk: Put condensed milk in a pot, add a little warm water (about 40-50 degrees Celsius) and stir well to dissolve. Then, pour in the remaining warm water and stir well. 2. Add fresh milk: Slowly pour fresh milk into the condensed milk mixture, stir gently to avoid foaming. 3. Add starter yogurt: Scoop a little milk mixture into a bowl, add starter yogurt and stir well until dissolved. Then, pour the starter yogurt mixture back into the pot and stir well. 4. Divide the milk into jars: Divide the milk mixture into jars, cover tightly. 5. Incubate yogurt: Method 1 (incubate with a styrofoam box): Place the yogurt jars in a styrofoam box, pour warm water (about 40-50 degrees Celsius) into the box so that the water level is about 1/2 of the milk jar. Cover the box and incubate for about 6-12 hours. Method 2 (incubate with an incubator): Place the yogurt jars in an incubator, pour warm water (about 40-50 degrees Celsius) into the pot so that the water level is about 1/2 of the milk jar.
