It's great for kimchi stew, mala-tang, and fried rice. It's the best ingredient for adding texture to vegan dishes.

The individual packaging is very convenient, but not easy to open (the packaging in Taiwan and Japan is better). It is a good carbohydrate for breakfast, but I prefer the taste of another brand of purple sweet potato jerky.

The taste is okay, it would be better if it were drier

The bottle is not too big, but it will last a long time. The oil is healthy and great for frying. I enjoy using it for everyday cooking.

I was tempted by the wasabi and bought it. It's a single serving size.

I think this flavor isn't sold in Japan. Delicious!!
