Not bad for a vegetarian sauce. Thick and concentrated. Dilute it with water first before pouring it over the vegetables. Refrigerate upon opening.

The vermicelli is OK. It is very chewy when it is just cooked, but it should be eaten as soon as possible. It will break easily if it is soaked for a long time.

Nabati cake is delicious

Its really hard to find this one (numb) at grocery stores in Chicago. Great to see that its on Weee!

This fish sauce is quite delicious.

Haven't used it yet but when reading the ingredients it says it contains synthetic flavors and additives. Minus points.

This is my second purchase. It’s a big pack and can be used for a long time. It is very suitable for making transparent shrimp dumplings or rice cake skins.
