I was not sure what to expect but this tasted so smooth and not too sweet. It has a subtle matcha taste and not too buttery. I got this for free from a promotion and find the price a bit expensive. But definitely worth a try!

The quality of kelp is very good. Adding a little bit of it to the soup will increase the flavor and make it delicious.
