I usually buy miso that contains koji, which is sweeter, so perhaps because of that, I personally found this miso a bit too salty, even though it was labeled as reduced salt.

This is the miso I've been using since I was in Japan. When I bought it at a Japanese supermarket last time, they only had the small size, but since I use it every day, I prefer the large size.
