Anyone else grew up eating Hong Kong curry fish balls as a kid? It felt like a staple for me as a Cantonese kid growing up in New York. Now that I’m an adult and a lot of vendors shut down, I was so happy to find this on wee so I can have a taste of nostalgia!!
Haven’t tried them, can’t try them. Why? Because I’m not sure where to start since there are no instructions on how to prepare. Are the English Nutrition Facts sticker covering the cooking directions? It would be nice if the instructions were not covered or if they could be posted with the listing.

It is individually wrapped, so it seems good to eat as a snack and store it well! The only regret is that it does not contain a lot, so I think it will be empty quickly if I eat it.

The taste is authentic. texture of fishball is off though. pig skin and dried tofu were ok. The portion is not that big though, could use a few more fishballs.
