This is super delicious, QQ noodles, but the spicy sauce is too spicy if you add all the spicy sauce, just add half, and the vinegar sauce is not sour enough, so you have to add more

I mixed it with Shabu Shabu meat and ate it. It was my first time eating Chinese ramen, and it was less spicy than I thought. As I read in other reviews, I soaked the noodles in purified water to prevent them from sticking together, and then boiled them. They were chewy and well-cooked. I ground up some cashews that I had at home and sprinkled them on. The sauce had a unique Chinese chili sauce flavor.
