Bought a bunch of veggie baozi and although this brand has a good bun to filling ratio, the filling was disappointing. I am looking for a good bamboo filling bun and this was not it. I couldn’t taste the bamboo at all. Also I am not a fan of the green mustard leaf, its bitterness is unappetizing.
