Well fermentedI was happy because it had the taste I liked.I like to eat it as is, but it's so delicious that I feel like I'll run out of it quickly.
If not necessary, the kimchi is bought from a Korean store. It has been pickled for too long and is no longer crispy. It is too spicy for my normal spicy food. The ones in the store are absolutely fresh.
Reorder when on sale. Good for making kimchi fried rice.

Pretty good kimchi. Recognizable list of ingredients without half of them being scientific jargon. More flavorful than other jarred kimchi that are just sour.

Not sure if I just got a bad batch but the kimchi was almost mushy instead of a nice crispy texture. I guess I’ll just use it for kimchi Jjigae instead bc it is so gross to eat as is. The flavor isn’t bad, just the soft mushy texture of the cabbage is terrible.The kimchi was so squishy that it had a very strange texture. When you chew it, it should have some crunchiness(?).Kimchi is too watery. The taste seems to be good, but the texture is so bad that I should just use it for kimchi stew.
