The Yuba was a nice texture. Soft and has a decent bite to it. However flavor was a bit bland and rather had no spice at all. Although the description said medium spice it was more very faint and had a similar heat level to black pepper. I think it would make a good side for people who prefer lighter flavors. But personally I would not repurchase

I bought three and opened two of them yesterday. One of them looked fine, but there was no water in the other one and looked dry. It tasted okay and nothing happened to me, but the texture was off.

I made Chinese Kikiam Ngo Hiang with this. Easy to use. Big sheet, you can cut in quarters or half depending how big you want to roll your kikiam. This are hard to find even in 99 Ranch Store. I only found them here at WEE. Thank you WEE!
