    This is a great Mapo seasoning - it’s got the numbing spice and it’s not sweet. So far this is my favorite brand and most authentic with what I order at a Szechuan restaurant. I make mine with ground pork and use one pack of seasoning with 1/2 lb ground pork and what pack of tofu.

    Not very spicy or oily. Has decent. mala flavor but theres not enough sauce. There are better cheaper brands sold on weee

    This baijia mapo tofu seasoning tastes actually like the ones in the restaurant. It’s not overly spicy but has a numbing flavor which is close to being authentic. Each bag has 2 packs and can serve up to multiple people.
