I would NOT buy this product again. I don’t know what the vendor meant by ‘value pack’ since there are absolutely no value to me. I was getting frustrated while cleaning these ribs. Ribs were cut too thin (some were paper thin) and uneven. Also, they were way too fatty. Fats were not evenly distributed as you would expect from short ribs. Almost all ribs had big chunks of fats - see the pile of fats on the left. I am marinating these meats as planned, but I would not buy this again since it is waste of my time to clean these ribs!
