It's not the kind of clam I thought it would be, and it's huge... I bought two bags, but the clams I got were the size of a lily. And they were tough, so I threw them all away. Please take note.
The clams vary in size, so for larger ones, I cut them into smaller pieces to avoid toughness. Grilled them with scallion oil for a delicious taste.
