Octopus beard is very big, delicious when steamed, will buy again
It had two octopus legs and was soaked in water for a long time so it wasn't salty at all. I prepared soy sauce, soy sauce & wasabi, salt & pepper & sesame oil sauce, and the sesame oil sauce went the best. It had a chewy texture and was delicious. I wish the price would go down a little.
This is my second purchase ^ ^ I'm curious about the country of origin, but it has no smell and is delicious. I've been eating takoyaki more often now.
I haven't tried this yet, and it looks like the octopus I've had in the past. I like to eat it sashimi style with soy sauce and wasabi or ponzu sauce. The only downside is that there's a lot of octopus frozen together and I'll have to defrost them together and that's a lot of octopus for just one sitting.
A very large and fresh octopus is used to make octopus carpaccio. Looking forward to the results.

Usually it arrives vacuum sealed, but this time it arrived not vacuum sealed. The octopus is moving around in the bag, so I'm not sure whether to eat it or not, as there might be small holes in it and it may have been processed quite recently.
