Didn’t realize this one is baked, not the dried type
Added this fish maw to my braised sea cucumber with shiitake & bokchoy, and soup as well. Not bad. Need to rehydrate overnight or boil it to soften & remove the fishy smell.
I soak them in boiling water overnight and make fish maw, sea cucumber soup. It tastes yummy!

Wow, this water lily stem has flowers. I strongly request that water lily seedlings or seeds be sold. At the very least, some water lily cut flowers and fresh lotus leaves can be sold.
It was my first time eating water lily stems. They tasted a bit like a larger version of bean sprouts. I added a little lamb to stir-fry the first time, but after eating it, I realized that it only needs to be stir-fried quickly to maintain its crisp texture, not cooked for a long time. If you haven't tried it, you should give it a try.
This is my first time buying this, I’m really looking forward to it and need to look up how to cook it online.
