Excellent, crisp water chestnuts. I minced the entire can to make Lion's Head Meatballs. The water chestnuts remain crisp, even after I browned the Meatballs and steamed them for 40 minutes. I will definitely purchase again.

The overall water chestnut flavor was very strong, and it was also quite sweet. If you put it in a drink, it will also give the drink a water chestnut flavor. I personally didn't like it very much; I only ate a few bites of the whole can before throwing it away.
