Delicious baked miso mayo (Kewpie brand) baked salmon! Love that it can be slightly undone since it's sashimi grade fish. I used white miso mixed with Kewpie mayo and added a little shoyu and mirin, then baked at 385 degrees in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.

I reordered this salmon. It was so good, no bones found and I used some bachan’s sauce. With it. Better deal than Costco if you ask me

While tasty, I’m not a fan of farmed fish. Reading the description, one believes it's wild-caught, and I didn't do a great job reviewing the ingredients within the product photos. Again, it is a good fish; it's just not something I'll repurchase.
