There is mushroom meat sauce inside. The cucumber shreds are not in good condition. But if all the sauces are added, it is too salty and can't be eaten. The sauce should be used in moderation. I wish this was better than it was, but it was incredibly salty. The portion was large enough for two and the flavor was fine, but I feel like I needed to add a good bit of vegetables to it to cut back on the salt. I did add a big handful of green onions since it only came with a small amount of sliced quick-pickled cucumbers. I don't think I will order this one again.
