It looks good, but the shelf life is a bit short, there is still half a year left. It would be better if you can sell only one pack
After getting it yesterday, I immediately made delicious brown sugar cake today. The brown sugar is quite fragrant, which made me make the ancient brown sugar cake that misses the taste of Taiwan.
So glad they sell this. It’s wonderful with coffee, tea or other drinks. The flavor has notes of caramel but is not overly sweet. It will “change” the flavor of what you add it to. The texture is between fine grain and powdered sugar, but it’s not enough to substitute for the dusting effect of powdered sugar.
The shelf life is very good, I like the brown sugar syrup.
It's OK, but it's not fine enough, there are a lot of small stone-sized particles
So far I like it. I added to my matcha latte.
