The instructions said to dissolve the powder in water and use it, but I was lazy so I just added it to the egg water and it clumped and wouldn't dissolve ㅠㅠㅠ Make sure to dissolve it in water first before using. Next time I'm going to try adding it to pickled vegetables.

Don't follow the instructions on the package and add three eggs to 380ml of water. That way there is too much water and it won't solidify no matter how long you steam it. I wasted all three eggs from one pack of powder. The photo shows me using the second pack to make it again. I didn't measure the water and visually only added about 100ml, still three eggs, and it finally solidified successfully. Don't add too little water!!!
