Is it inedible? There are some parts that are hard to chew, but the taste is fine.
It is better to use more water for cooking rice than for white rice, otherwise it will be too soft. Instant pot Rice to water ratio 1:1.2 Low pressure 7 minutes 4 Cups of rice: 4.8 Cups of water *Cup is a US unit, not a normal rice cup *I cooked 6 cups of rice, set it to 9 minutes, and it was too soft. It has not been successful yet
I mix it with white rice in a 1:1 ratio and cook it. It's very easy to eat.
