It seems like they used a spicy red pepper powder and it has a refreshing taste. The cabbage in the middle feels a bit bruised…? but I think it’s because it’s ripe, so I’m going to just eat it. It’s not bad, but I think it’s a bit of a waste to buy it at cost price. (I bought it at a discount!)
