Not sure where I went wrong ㅠㅠ I will attempt again and update if anything changes.I followed the recipe exactly, but it didn't taste like kimchi stew at all, it just tasted like a strange, sour soup. Delicious! Brings backs a lot of nostalgia for me. I no longer live in an area with access to Korean foods like I was used to and this soup is one of the things I miss most.
