Second time getting these frozen bilimbi here on Weee. Love this on sinigang and would use this instead of those in packets if we're craving for another way of souring agent, and it's natural.
Made the fish sour. Turned out well.
Fruits like kamias and sampalok are best for sinigang. And while sampalok has powder version, kamias no. That's why I buy the frozen kamias. Best alternative if you ran out of knorr/mama sita's sampalok mix. I for one like to eat kamias by itself or in the soup. Only at Weee! you can buy frozen items now a days. The price is right and delivered right at your doorstep.

The Haidilao clear oil spicy soup I bought was too spicy, so I used this concentrated soup base diluted with water to reduce the spiciness. It's very convenient.
