The taste is okay, I added a lot of toppings myself. But the portion is too small, and the price is so high. One pack contains two small portions. One portion isn't enough to fill you up without adding toppings.
I haven't tasted it yet, I'll upload it after I've tried it.

I bought it back at a reduced price; the quality is very good.
It can be used in many ways, but it tastes great in Budae Jjigae. I personally prefer glass noodles to ramen noodles haha. You should try adding them to Budae Jjigae too.
It is difficult to find 100% buckwheat noodles on the market. It is a bit expensive, but... I boiled them (for 8 minutes) and added them to the leftover sauce from cold buckwheat konjac noodles, and it was good.
It's delicious, made with 100% buckwheat flour.

The soba noodles I used in this soba salad retained their delicious texture even three hours after boiling, just as they were when freshly cooked.
