The brown sugar syrup is really delicious when poured on mochi. It is not like the one in Shi Tian where you can taste the aroma of brown sugar. You can also microwave fresh milk and add brown sugar ginger to make it brown sugar milk.
Bought it to make delicious matcha oatmilk tea, bought it a second time but this time the delivery didn't have a lid, luckily the sugar didn't spill out and stick to other dishes
