Bought bunches of Korean yeolmu, and they were all fresh. We washed them and mixed them with Korean putbaechu, which we also purchased, to make yeolmu-putbaechu kimchi. Both vegetables are now sprinkled with Chungjungone Coarse Sea Salt, also bought from Weee, and will be made into kimchi.
Making yeolmu last night
When making chajiki sauce, you need to add fresh dill.
This Korean yeolmu veggies is fresh but do has some old yellow leaf which I had removed to keep more fresh.
There was less of a bundle than I thought haha

I bought it to make pickled radish kimchi. It came in large pieces, half of which looked like radish and half like young radish. After pickling, it wasn't tough or bitter. It would probably taste even better if I let it ferment for two days.
The turnips are in good condition. I made turnip kimchi^^
I ordered it while worrying that the turnips would be dry, but ~~ I got really healthy turnips, I'm happy! I ordered 5 bundles, but 3 bundles are good and 2 bundles are 1/2 size. But thank you, I hope they'll all be better next time~~
