It's pretty good, but the quantity is very small, and the vacuum packaging is basically broken. To put it simply, it's a substitute for the New Zealand lamb shoulder chops that sold out.

Cut lamb chops into small pieces, coat them with cornstarch and an egg, and marinate in the juice for a day. Wrap in aluminum foil and bake at 350F for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake at 370F for 7 minutes on each side until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
